Notice Regarding COVID-19

To our Primo Storage family,

During the provincial stay-at-home order, our customers will continue to have access to their storage units as usual. Our front office will be locked, and visitors will not be permitted inside our offices. However, we will be on-site to assist you with all your storage needs, and curbside service will be available as required.

All new leasing agreements and/or renewals will be completed electronically, and appointments will be arranged for new clients to get access to their units.

To our Primo Storage family,

Following the announcement of a 28-day lockdown in Ottawa beginning on December 26, Primo Storage has had to change the way we operate over the next four weeks.

While the front door will be locked and visitors will not be permitted inside our offices, our customers will continue to be able to access their units as usual. All new leasing agreements and/or renewals will be completed electronically, and appointments will be arranged for new clients to get access to their units.

To our Primo Storage family,

We would like to thank you for your continued support over the past few months, and for trusting us with all of your storage needs. At Primo Storage, we are committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment for our staff and customers.

Since the re-opening of our office, we have been following all government regulations and guidelines. Safe physical distancing protocols and rigorous cleaning procedures continue to be followed at our facility at all times.

For your convenience and continued peace of mind, all new leasing agreements and/or renewals will be completed electronically where possible.

To Our Primo Self-Storage Family,

Currently, Primo Self Storage remains open for business, however, this status may change based on further information and developments. The COVID-19 pandemic is a rapidly evolving situation and we are monitoring it closely. We are listening to the advice of health experts and recommendations from our government.

We know there is much uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and we are doing everything we can to maintain a healthy environment for both our staff and customers. Primo Self Storage has been and continues to be vigilant in following all COVID-19 safety protocols recommended by health experts. Please be assured that any staff member who exhibits the slightest symptom or is feeling ill in any way will not be allowed to work. While we plan to remain open for regular business, we ask that anyone who feels sick, or has come into contact with someone thought to be infected to please stay at home.

In an effort to limit direct contact among our customers and staff, the front door will be locked. Signage will be posted instructing visitors to call us for assistance. We are here to assist our customers in any way we can while attempting to keep close interactions to a minimum. All new leasing agreements and/or renewals will be completed electronically where possible.

We hope to remain open for as long as it is safe to do so, not only to continue to serve our customers but also for the sake of stability for our team members.
