Reserve a Storage Space Now

Reservations can be made up to 20 days in advance of the occupancy date.  If you would like clarification or have any questions, please call Primo Storage at 613-596-9696 x3 or toll free at 800-558-5178 ext 3 and discuss your requirements with a service representative who will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Once your reservation is made, you will be contacted within 72 hours by one of our service representatives to confirm the details of your reservation and to collect a $40 reservation deposit by credit card.  If our customer service representative is unable to reach you within the 72 hours, please call Primo at 613-596-9696 x3.  Those who have not talked to a service representative within the 72 hours may have their reservation cancelled.  The $40 reservation deposit will transfer to the storage unit deposit when it is rented. If you cancel your reservation or fail to complete the storage rental by the reserved date the reservation deposit is forfeited
