Policies

Primo Self Storage enforces the following policies:

• Storage runs month to month or in 6 month or 12 month terms
• The month begins on the day of the month you you sign your storage contract
• Storage is prepaid and due prior to your anniversary date
• Pay in advance for a minimum of 6 months and receive a 5% discount
• Pay in advance for a minimum of 12 months and receive a 10% discount
• Valid Credit Card and valid, government issue ID required
• We accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Draft & Money Order.
• We no longer accept cheques
